So this guy doesn't pay taxes and illegally raises campaign funds and he's allowed to stay in congress. I'm sure his stern talking to in front of the rest of the class was enough for him to pay up on the taxes. It's crap that this guy can duck out on his civic duty of paying taxes, and yet he's allowed to stay on as a lawmaker make decisions that affect this country.
